Max Kerr - I got most of my experience from my time at Vaughn's Cleaning Services. When I started I was mainly doing floor Maintenance services - Tile & grout, Strip & Wax, Carpet Cleaning and pressure washing, with a little office cleaning. It was the first job I had that didn't mind giving as much over time as I wanted or could handle and I took advantage of it! Over time we started taking on more and more Construction Cleaning contracts. Mainly from Hincleman Construction, Vogel Construction, and Cleavland Construction. Where we did all things cleaning related down to the Final cleaning on all types of jobs Homes, Churches, Collage's and everything in between. Multiple times to Polk state Collage and USF. Over the years we started getting the bigger jobs like Walmart's, Sam's, Restaurants, Movie theaters, Car Dealerships, Tanger And Simon Outlet Malls just to name a few. Mainly new construction cleaning and some remodels. Somewhere during this period my title changed to Foreman, I started running a four - six plus person crew depending on the job, and I learned to run the Scissor lift, Boom lift, and Telehandler forklift EXC..

As with everything in life there comes a time for change. Work got to slow to keep the bills payed comfortably and I had to start seeking out side jobs. Eventually we decided to start our own business.

M&M Professional Cleaning Services was founded in 2018.
